How do you know if you would benefit from our services?

As a Patient

We may be able to help if you are about to have surgery that places you at risk of needing a blood transfusion from a donor. The requirement for a blood transfusion is in no way reflective of the skill of your surgical team, but is a result of many things, such as your current health and the operation you are having. There are many risks associated with receiving a blood transfusion and it is now accepted that blood should only be given to patients when absolutely necessary.

Our services can help you avoid the need for a transfusion at all.
